Role of the Job
As a Client Support Specialist at Clipboard Health, you will be responsible for owning and resolving customer issues end-to-end, acting as the primary support contact for healthcare facilities, and handling phone calls and emails with urgency and precision. You will also be responsible for preventing churn and driving retention by identifying potential issues before they escalate and working closely with internal teams to retain customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to healthcare facilities, handling phone calls and emails with urgency and precision.
- Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end, identifying potential issues before they escalate and working closely with internal teams to retain customers.
- Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily, ensuring that each customer interaction results in a real solution, not just a quick fix.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, thinking critically and finding long-term solutions for customers.
Qualification Needed
- A genuine care for helping customers and taking ownership of their problems.
- Clear, professional English (both spoken and written) is critical for success in this role.
