Role of the Job
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting clients by identifying needs, specifying requirements, and recommending solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings, assist in identifying and specifying needs, and gather business requirements.
- Recommend solutions, design solutions, and support user training.
- Define and plan business requirements, analyze and manage projects, and create documentation and process visualizations.
- Translate business needs for the project team, build domain knowledge, and adapt communication methods.
Qualification Needed
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and self-development, with experience working with developers and technical teams.
- Experience in IT business analysis, with a solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
