  2. Chasing invoices and customer queries
  3. Communicating with surgeries and patients
  4. Data entry and working on internal systems
  5. Handling large outbound calls to request outstanding prescriptions
  6. Arranging collections of stock delivered without prescriptions
  7. Collaborating with patient advisors to support prescription processing
