Job Description
The Healthcare CSR will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments, assess health risks, and provide benefits and insurance information. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers
- Schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and other healthcare appointments
- Assess health risks and provide support to patients
- Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from patients
- Provide excellent customer service and support

Selection Criteria
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and WordExcellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Not compulsory)
