Role of the Job

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging leads, uncovering their needs, and setting them on the path to success with innovative lighting and audio solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound warm leads and run targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls/emails to assess budget alignment, project timelines, technical requirements, and decision-making authority.
    Keep all lead data, company info, and interaction notes complete and up-to-date.
  • Build segmented lists to support targeted nurture campaigns.

Qualification Needed

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or sales development.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to quickly understand and assess cinema and creator lighting systems, and professional audio gear.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset — curious, resourceful, and goal-oriented.

Salary Package

The salary package for this role is $1,800–$2,000 USD per month (depending on experience), with additional benefits including 10 paid days off and applicable US holidays.
