Role of the Job

The Remote Sales Agent is responsible for generating qualified leads for the company by making calls to potential clients and determining their pain points. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Make 600+ calls per day using the power dialer to connect with past prospects.
  • Determine in under 6 minutes if a prospect has a pain point and is ready to sell.
  • Update the CRM after each conversation to keep the system running smoothly.
  • Live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to Closers.

Qualification Needed

  • Ability to figure things out on your own and learn quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including power dialers and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
