The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing calls professionally, booking appointments, transferring calls efficiently, and addressing callers’ needs with empathy and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
  • Accurately take and promptly deliver messages with a touch of flair.
  • Book appointments using user-friendly software like Calendly.
  • Transfer calls efficiently, following established protocols and adding a friendly touch.
  • Address callers’ needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and inject fun into processes.

Qualification Needed

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude.
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI Tools and a quick learning ability.
  • Quiet work environment and reliable equipment.
  • Stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Availability for a 9-hour shift between 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
