Job Description
The customer service representative will be the face of the company, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and providing solutions to their problems. The job requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The representative will be handling a high volume of calls, responding to web chat requests, and monitoring EIs and call-out backup messages. The job demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent attendance and the ability to prioritize work and multitask.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with locate requests and questions
- Process web tickets and respond to web chat requests
- Monitor EIs and call-out backup messages
- Present and discuss company products and services with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
