The Bilingual Marketing Specialist will support the marketing department by assisting in campaign organization, developing marketing strategies, and handling key administrative duties. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Guarantee functionality and coordination of marketing department by completing daily administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Project Organization: Support marketing executives in project organization and campaign facilitation.
  • Market Research: Analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires while conducting relevant market research.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize various marketing analytics techniques to gather relevant data.
  • Content Creation: Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, create content for company website and social media platforms, and generate marketing literature.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a direct fashion to facilitate trusting and long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications Needed

  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a comparable role.
  • Office Management: Working understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills with a customer-oriented approach.
