Role of the Job
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing contact with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through social media, phone, or email to introduce the company and its offerings.
- Get a high-level overview of the company’s processes and identify gaps and constraints.
- Provide input to the offshore team to craft a solution that meets the prospect’s needs.
- Present the solution together with the offshore team and close the sale.
- Play an account management role to mine further opportunities.
