Role of the Job
The Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing support to policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
Main Responsibilities
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
- Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
- Support policyholders’ needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications Needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
