Role of the Job
The Lead Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, developing and executing advanced analytics solutions, and communicating complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute advanced analytics solutions and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
- Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by applying a deep understanding of business operations to recommend strategies that drive growth and operational improvements.
- Manage projects across multiple teams, mentor team members, and review their work.
Qualification Needed
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling, with expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ability to understand and address cross-functional problem statements and strategic opportunities.
