Deel is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the S&M Sales team. As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, and qualifying leads.

Role of the Job
The SDR will be responsible for driving Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads, and qualifying leads. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivation.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
- Generate email sequences, make cold-calls tose.
- map and penetrate accounts, and conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Qualification Needed
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
