Job Description

The Travel Claims Administrator will act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, faxes, and emails, referring to Claims Handlers when necessary. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in insurance or assistance being beneficial.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming calls, faxes, and emails
  2. Set up new cases and claims on Trident Travel system
  3. Perform administrative duties, such as external post and claims settlements
  4. Verify policy issues and issue claims forms
  5. Support Claims Handlers and ensure professional communication
  6. Deal with policyholder and client enquiries
