Role of the Job

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key customers. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, and work closely with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and overall satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather customer feedback, share insights with product teams, and advocate for customer needs
