Role of the Job
The Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve billing and payment issues, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all compliance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to requests for information, and arrange payment on behalf of clients
- Enter and monitor payment arrangements, investigate and respond to client inquiries, and follow client-specific protocols
- Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
Qualifications Needed
- 1+ year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service roles
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, or administration preferred
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Package
Bilingual Remote: $17.00/hr with a $1.00 increase at 90 days and potential quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in the first 12 months.
Non-Bilingual Remote: $15.00/hr with a $1.00 increase at 90 days and potential quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in the first 12 months.
