Omniscient Digital is seeking a Client Success Manager to support and project manage ongoing client engagements and relationships. This role will be responsible for client retention, net revenue retention, and overall satisfaction for a portfolio of 10-20 B2B SaaS clients.

Role of the Job

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for owning client relationships, project management, and driving client growth plans. This role will also involve communicating clearly, surfacing wins and key insights, and triaging escalations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and drive quarterly business reviews.
  • Keep projects organized and moving by setting clear timelines, assigning owners, and making sure deadlines don’t slip.
  • Collaborate with Organic Growth Strategists, Editorial Leads, and the Leadership team to identify, prioritize, and pitch opportunities across SEO, GEO, content, and CRO.
  • Maintain a communication charter and SLAs across email and Slack, and provide proactive status updates.
  • Tie client programs to closed won deals and revenue, and drive client growth plans.

Qualifications Needed

  • 5+ years in SEO, content marketing, and CRO, with a track record of success in terms of traffic, leads, and closed-won revenue.
  • Primarily in fast-paced agencies, with experience working with B2B software companies.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to draft clear emails, presentation decks, and strategy documents.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple ongoing tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on potential impact and budget and resources available.
