This role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for ARIVE’s world-class lending platform.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for phone inquiries, addressing general use questions, basic troubleshooting, and routing support escalations and sales inquiries.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Answer phone inquiries and provide support to clients and users
  2. Troubleshoot basic issues and route complex issues to relevant teams
  3. Stay up-to-date on system features, client use cases, and marketing materials
  4. Review voicemails and reroute callback responsibilities
  5. Maintain records of call volume and topics to aid in identifying strategies to address user pain points
