Role of the Job
The Legal Assistant – Complaints will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks associated with the legal process of Florida foreclosures, including drafting, responding to correspondence, and updating client systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Update the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all clients’ systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
- Draft and proofread legal documents as required.
- Provide support to attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere.
- Provide client status updates and follow-up on outstanding documents and services.
Qualifications Needed
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; preferably an Associate Degree in Legal Services or Finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience specifically in Title Review.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, internet research, and familiarity with case and document management software.
- Understanding of foreclosure processes and title report review.
