Job Description

The Claims Invoice Processor will review invoices for accuracy, issue payments, and provide information and explanations on contract coverage and terms. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Review invoices for accuracy and issue payments
2. Analyze contract information to apply benefit amounts
3. Distribute internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department
4. Answer phone inquiries and provide information on contract coverage and terms
5. Manage workflow and complete payment requests according to established procedures
