Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to workplace customers across voice and email
  • Resolve shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real-time using tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard Health portal
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate only when necessary
  • Develop deep expertise in products and processes to identify recurring issues or process gaps, helping improve both customer experiences and internal operations
