Role of the Job
The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel health. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel health. Analyze marketing data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot. Support campaign execution by building scalable, repeatable processes across platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure data integrity and alignment across HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and BI tools. Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach
- Bias for action, builder’s mindset, startup grit, and ability to think in systems

Salary Package
Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,200 per year
