Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the support team in helping current Spark Shipping users and provide excellent customer service.
  • Qualify high-value prospects and refer them to a Sales Executive for further discussion.

Qualifications Needed

  • 1-3 years of experience working for a B2B SaaS company in a sales or support role.
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay.
  • Experience working remotely and managing workload effectively.
