As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in unlocking the value of the firm’s financial, operational, and client data, informing strategic decision-making, and enhancing profitability and efficiency.

Job Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial, operational, and client data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential opportunities. This role will support pricing, forecasting, and budgeting processes with evidence-based models and ensure all data handling complies with GDPR, SRA regulations, and internal policies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Manage data extraction from practice management systems
  2. Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  3. Conduct detailed data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  4. Support pricing, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  5. Ensure data handling complies with GDPR, SRA regulations, and internal policies
  6. Support data governance initiatives
