Role of the Job

The Luxury Travel Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client engagement, from outreach to booking and follow-up. This role requires strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, craft itineraries, guide booking decisions, and resolve issues
  • Use knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying to provide optimal travel options
  • Collaborate with internal concierge and operations teams to deliver seamless service
  • Proactively apply judgment, empathy, and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations

Qualifications Needed

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
  • Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations
