Role of the Job

The Travel Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving travel issues, and communicating with airlines, hotels, and tour providers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries about existing or upcoming trips, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
  • Resolve travel issues, such as delays, cancellations, and schedule changes, in real-time
  • Communicate with airlines, hotels, and tour providers to make changes and ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Confirm itinerary details, send reminders, and provide travel tips to clients
  • Document interactions and maintain client records in the CRM system

Qualification Needed

  • Previous experience in a travel agency or customer support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using booking platforms and CRMs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary: $25,000 – $65,000 per year
