Role of the Job
The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production of a team of employees, ensuring that quality assurance standards and client guidelines are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and resolve difficult customer situations.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of employees, ensuring adherence to time service, quality, and production goal requirements
- Collect and compile data using daily/monthly operational reports and spreadsheets
- Review and approve client-specific guidelines to ensure compliance with department procedures
- Manage and resolve difficult customer situations, escalating to management and Account Managers as needed
- Conduct periodic performance and career path discussions with team members, coaching them to maximize performance and achieve career goals
Qualification Needed
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a supervisory role
- Basic understanding of FCRA regulations, supervisory knowledge and skills, and ability to establish effective relationships and communications
