The company is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager based in Europe to lead the strategy for its Cloud and Customer Support products.

Role of the Job

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Cloud and Customer Support products, working closely with engineers, program managers, and leadership at Nabu Casa and the Open Home Foundation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute a product strategy for Cloud and Customer Support products, from ideation to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and researchers, to ensure delivery and alignment with company goals
  • Involve the worldwide community in shaping Nabu Casa products, from discovery to delivery
  • Participate actively in day-to-day product development operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products

Qualifications Needed

  • 5+ years of experience driving and shaping strategy and vision for a product
  • Experience in delivering products in the B2C space
  • Meaningful experience working with complete autonomy and iterative development/releasing
  • Proficiency in communication, with excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Currently based and eligible to work within Europe

Salary Package

Salary: Competitive salary package based on location, with approximate yearly compensation ranging from 65,000 EUR to 78,000 EUR
