Role of the Job
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client communication, and coordinating files. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct calls to the appropriate team member and respond to client inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Input financing applications into the CRM system and prepare and organize deal summaries and submission notes.
- Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation, and follow up with clients for any missing documents or information.
- Liaise with vendors, lenders, and trucking companies as needed, and provide general administrative support to brokers and internal team members.
Qualification Needed
- In an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both on the phone and in writing.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and maintain accurate digital records.
