Role of the Job
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering fast, empathetic, and effective support to Cryptio’s clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to clients via Plain, resolving complex issues and guiding them through complex problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, surface customer insights, and drive product development.
- Identify and report bugs, share feature requests, and champion the customer’s voice in product discussions.
- Become an expert in Cryptio’s products and services, and help teammates with best practices and workarounds.
- Own projects that improve processes, documentation, and help center experience, driving measurable improvements to time to resolution and customer confidence.
Qualifications Needed
- Ability to walk through an on-chain transaction and understand complex crypto concepts.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
- Ability to thrive on complexity and own tough tickets for days if needed.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, and be coachable.
- Experience with accounting, reconciliation, or finance workflows is a plus.
