Role of the Job
The Wetstock Data Analyst will be responsible for processing and analyzing data from clients in various formats, applying sophisticated formulas to assess and report on substance losses, and making recommendations to clients on how to remedy these issues. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and analyze incoming data using Titan Cloud software, identifying trends and exceptions correctly using analysis tools.
- Publish and report results across the three reporting platforms, conducting investigation services as per client agreements.
- Liaise with clients regarding their releases and data capture, making recommendations on how to remedy issues and providing technical support.
- Maintain administration for all accounts, including some account communication with smaller to medium-sized accounts.
- Deliver on analysis KPIs and agreed services, responding to internal helpdesk tickets or escalating where appropriate.
Qualification Needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with strong Excel and web-based analytics skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with emphasis on developing data assets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
