About the Role

Hanger, Inc. is seeking an IT Remote Support Specialist to deliver technical support and assistance to employees and customers. This role ensures accurate triage, documentation, and prioritization of incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove technical support via calls, chat, self-service, or in-person.
  • Complete access administration, asset management, and procurement tasks.
  • Troubleshoot using remote desktop and diagnostic tools.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree OR high school diploma with 1+ year of customer service or tech-related experience (volunteerism, coursework, certifications, projects accepted).
  • Prior IT Service Desk/Help Desk experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary Package

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour + annual bonus.
