Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and changes.
  • Research and recommend flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support before, during, and after trips.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences. 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, booking platforms).
  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in their country.

Salary Package
