Role of the Job

Handle collections and account management by contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Recover overdue debts & negotiate settlements
  • Maintain accurate account and collection records
  • Ensure compliance with policies & laws
  • Provide professional customer service and support

Requirements

  • High school diploma (degree in Business/Finance preferred)
  • 2–3 years in collections, A/R, or customer service
  • Skilled in GoogleSuite; Zuora/Monto a plus
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
