Role of the Job
Handle collections and account management by contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Recover overdue debts & negotiate settlements
- Maintain accurate account and collection records
- Ensure compliance with policies & laws
- Provide professional customer service and support
Requirements
- High school diploma (degree in Business/Finance preferred)
- 2–3 years in collections, A/R, or customer service
- Skilled in GoogleSuite; Zuora/Monto a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
