Job Description:
Optum is seeking a Senior Reporting/Solution Expert to join their experienced team in a telecommuting capacity. This role involves creating new, modifying existing, and analyzing data within regulatory reports and interacting directly with state health plans.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business needs and requirements
- Create and interpret functional and technical specifications and design documents
- Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
- Evaluate and present information to facilitate management’s understanding of results and impact
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing in PL/SQL with Oracle and/or Toad performing moderately complex analyses
- 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data for moderately complex reporting
- 3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards using BI technology, such as PowerBI
- 3+ years of experience with client relations/customer service
