Role of the Job
The Product Data Analyst will be part of the Contracts Data Unit, a tight-knit team of 6, including analysts, analytics engineers, and an analytics manager. The team is responsible for measuring and optimizing contract-related product features for a seamless customer experience.
Main Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address various challenges, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product development and strategy.
- Oversee the performance of product features and releases by defining baselines and success metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on thorough analysis.
- Develop deep domain knowledge in dedicated product areas to proactively derive meaningful recommendations and insights that drive product strategy.
- Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer journeys and improving user experience.
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making processes.
- Explore large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to build data models in dbt, ensuring clean data structures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product areas.
Qualification Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- Hands-on experience with LookML (Looker)
- Solid experience with Data Modeling (DBT)
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset
- Knowledge of HR services topics
