Role of the Job

The Product Data Analyst will be part of the Contracts Data Unit, a tight-knit team of 6, including analysts, analytics engineers, and an analytics manager. The team is responsible for measuring and optimizing contract-related product features for a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address various challenges, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product development and strategy.
  • Oversee the performance of product features and releases by defining baselines and success metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on thorough analysis.
  • Develop deep domain knowledge in dedicated product areas to proactively derive meaningful recommendations and insights that drive product strategy.
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer journeys and improving user experience.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making processes.
  • Explore large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to build data models in dbt, ensuring clean data structures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product areas.

Qualification Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with LookML (Looker)
  • Solid experience with Data Modeling (DBT)
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Knowledge of HR services topics
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
