Role of the Job
The Data Administrator/ Sales Support Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales functions. The ideal candidate will have good experience in data entry and sales support, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Data Matching and Validation: Compare and update customer and reseller information across different systems to keep records accurate and aligned
- Deal Management: Route incoming sales deals to the correct team members to ensure smooth processing and faster turnaround times.
- Cross-Team Support: Work closely with other departments to resolve urgent or complex sales-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Case Assignment: Review new cases and assign them based on predefined sales rules and guidelines.
- Customer Service and Support: Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.
