The Social Media Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in supporting Cerita Studio’s content scheduling, admin, and daily execution tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-focused individual who can ensure polished content is delivered to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule content on Metricool for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Upload Story sets and make sure everything is in order (sequence, tags, links, formatting).
  • Share tagged Stories daily at the best times (GMT or EST)
  • Check posts after they’re live to ensure everything looks good (visuals, tags, links, no typos)
  • Help the Studio Coordinator with small admin tasks.
  • Add new contacts to clients’ LinkedIn networks
  • Assist with simple tasks like formatting, research, or organizing documents

Qualification Needed

  • Experience in scheduling and posting content for brands or creators
  • Very detail-oriented (can spot small mistakes like typos or tag errors)
  • Available to post at specific times (UK morning or EST hours)
