Role of the Job
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving questions and complaints concerning their accounts. You will provide exceptional service, actively listen to customers, and deliver world-class experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers with questions concerning their accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations
- Process required transactions via web-based applications
- Submit research requests and maintain knowledge of company and client programs
Qualifications Needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, or dispatcher experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions
