This is a full-time, remote opportunity for an NHS Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring retention and growth of existing customer base, and providing exceptional service to clients and partners.

Role of the Job

The NHS Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in scaling the business, driving product adoption, and ensuring NHS clients get the most value out of Surgery Hero. This role requires an operational background working in or for the NHS, exceptional customer service skills, and a growth mindset

Main Responsibilities

  • Improve and create new Customer Success team processes, including customer onboarding, customer training, and product adoption
  • Onboard new NHS customers and ensure growth and retention with existing NHS customers
  • Survey users and make recommendations to ensure users get more impact from solutions
  • Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with assigned accounts
  • Manage real-time queries and compile progress reports
