Role of the Job

The Care Navigator is the first point of contact for inbound member and provider calls, providing information and support to ensure efficient service coordination.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualification Needed

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
