The Customer Service Representative B is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with customer information systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls through the call center
  • Interpret customer records and account history to respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Utilize Customer Information System to access data and/or generate reports
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualification Needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook (intermediate level or above)
  • Experience with proprietary Customer Information System (CIS) strongly preferred
  • JD Edwards experience a plus
  • Excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Attention to detail critical in all aspects of duties
  • Thorough knowledge of company rules and regulations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills
