Main Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual support to users in German and English via email, calls, or chat threads
- Resolve user queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work based on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, ensuring seamless support to users across different time zones
- Organize daily work and occasional projects or project-based tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service
- Report user feedback to relevant teams and escalate bugs to relevant channels
- Stay up-to-date with SwissBorg’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
Qualification Needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
