As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for customers who need help with ChurnZero’s platform. You’ll work closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide them with the best possible experience. You’ll also collaborate with other teams to improve ChurnZero’s product and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support cases via email and Zoom
  • Investigate and resolve product bugs
  • Respond to customer feedback and offer creative solutions
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers and other teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Development teams
  • Meet personal and team case handling targets and SLA expectations
  • Contribute to a strong team environment by being energetic and enthusiastic

Qualifications Needed

  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Support roles, preferably in a SaaS organization

  • Organized, articulate, and reliable with strong diplomacy and tact
  • Aptitude for learning software and strong with business applications and data integrations
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
