Main Responsibilities
- Contact clients to fulfill their requests, schedule follow-up virtual Zoom appointments, and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Update customer information in the database, collaborate with team members, and keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas.
Qualification Needed
- No degree is required for this position. Instead, the company focuses on hiring individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience is a plus, but NOT COMPULSORY.
- Bilingualism is not required but is considered an asset.
