Role of the Job
As a Field Customer Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to E.ON’s customers. You will work with customers to resolve their debts, provide support and guidance, and help them find ways to reduce their energy consumption.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers, understanding their circumstances and helping them agree on an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
- Record job information using the appropriate paperwork or electronic equipment.
- Source new tenants through personal referrals, letting agents & community networks, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Must have access to broadband at home to upload day-to-day data.
Qualification Needed
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic PC skills with the ability to use a smartphone and tablet.
- Previous experience gained within a customer-facing role with a real desire to help customers.
