Role of the Job

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll work with a team of high-performing, passionate customer-centric individuals to achieve goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new clients through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
  • Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Present, negotiate, and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.

Qualification Needed

  • Success in sales, particularly in field sales or high-performing telesales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Full UK Driving License Required with no more than 6 points.
