The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving patient healthcare accounts by negotiating payment with patients/guarantors while meeting or exceeding performance and quality objectives. Main Responsibilities
- Negotiate payment plans with customers, review account history, and maintain a 96% quality score through superior customer service and accurate documentation.
- Execute procedures for follow-up on third-party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accounts.
- Access multiple databases simultaneously, manage open screens to gather information, and document customer encounters accurately.
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to Savista’s business practices.
