Role of the Job
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include managing email marketing campaigns, automating processes, and analyzing campaign performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns and automations optimized to generate ROI and improve retention.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes to improve efficiency and service to recipients.
- Track and report email conversions, revenue, and other metrics.
- Manage customer data to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Line manage staff and lead teams, including managing recruitment, induction, and performance.
