Role of the Job

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and providers, ensuring that their requests are completed in a timely and sensitive manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate and support patients through the device wear process, ensuring that they understand how to use the device and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Function as a liaison between patients and the business, ensuring that patient requests are completed in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory expectations, ensuring that all interactions with patients and providers are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualification Needed

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a patient-focused environment, with a strong understanding of the needs and concerns of patients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management software, such as (link unavailable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
